The city is well-known for its yearly festivals, including the Hakata Gion Yamakasa summer festival, which has been recognized by UNESCO as an important cultural tradition. Fukuoka also offers beautiful beaches, natural parks, and historical sites like the Shofukuji temple from the 12th century and the ruins of Fukuoka Castle. The hotel has 167 spacious guestrooms on the 19th to 23rd floors, with an average size of 50 square meters. Among these, there are 20 suites starting at approximately 550 square feet. The Fukuoka Skyline rooms provide excellent views of the city, while the Park View rooms overlook Ohori Park's green surroundings. The Bay View rooms offer guests a glimpse of Hakata Bay and the passing ships. The Presidential Suite, spanning nearly 1,500 square feet, and the Ritz-Carlton Suite, spanning over 2,000 square feet, both include a dining room and kitchen for private meals. On the topmost floor of the hotel, the 24th floor, The Ritz-Carlton Club serves as a private haven exclusively for guests staying in club and suite categories.
